Please have your swimmer report to pool by 5:20pm for warm ups. New families: you will want to pack several towels for your swimmer, as well as some warmer clothes (pants and sweatshirts) they can slip on over their suits to keep warm in case it gets chilly. Don't forget your water bottles, caps, and goggles. Pack healthy snacks for the kiddos and plenty of water.
Food stand will be open for dinner and treats (swimmers should save their treats for after the swimming is over) and swimmers: don't leave the meet without your complimentary bag of Hope's Cookies.
