Swimmers & Families,

Coach Holly:  I cannot tell you how excited I am about your performances today!!  For the first time since I’ve been coaching, we had an undefeated season!  Good job, everyone!!  We’ve beaten everyone in our Division!  I’m so proud of you!  This week we will be doing what’s called “Tapering”. That means a lot of easy, fast swimming, but nothing too hard.  Don’t do anything too strenuous, (this is a great excuse to get out of your toughest chores!)  and get a lot of sleep.  If you do that, you should have your fastest swims of the season next weekend.   We aren’t Division Champions unless we win the Divisional Meet, so let’s go for it!!

Coach Robby:  Great last regular season meet!  A lot of best times were achieved.  All of the hard work and time & effort is really showing!  Looking forward to a great Divisional Meet coming up and expect to see even more best times!

Coach Raegan:  Fantastic job, everyone!  That was such an amazing last regular meet!  I’m so proud of all the improvement I’ve seen over the season,  I’m so excited for our last meet as a whole team.   Once, again, great job everyone!

Coach Reilly:  Words cannot express how proud I am of everyone.  You guys did absolutely amazing.  Divisionals is next week and I can’t wait to see how everyone will do!  Enjoy one last week of practice!

Coach Kayla:  Great job to all our swimmers!  I’m so proud of everyone!  I have continued to see so many improvements and I am so happy to see the kids trying new things that we did at practice.  I look forward to our Championship Meet!

Coach Lizzie: With only one week left of swimming, I’m excited to say that everyone has improved this season!   This week’s meet went really well, and all the kids did awesome!  I’m hoping to see some more All-Star times next meet because a lot of the kids are close.  If they work hard, I know they can do it!  Keep up the hard work for this final meet!

Tuesday   By noon please declare yes or no for the Divisional Meet.  This entry is due earlier, so I don’t have as much wiggle room for late declarers.  Please be sure to make note if you can’t stay for  the last relay, or if you don’t want to be in relays.

Thursday  7:00 – 8:30 Water Fun Night at Middletown Park.  All swimmers come ready to get wet  and have some fun with your swim team friends.   This is our last team get-together of the season just for  the swimmers, and it’s a good time.  Hope you can make it!

Friday  Last Fun Friday and team practice of the season!   After this, only All-Star swimmers will practice.

Saturday   Divisional Championship Meet.  * Please let Coach Holly know today if you will or will not be swimming at the All-Star Meet.* Also, this is the final day to pre-order All-Star t-shirts.  Order information to come.

Sunday   12-2pm Team Awards Picnicat the Middletown Park pavilion.  This is for swimmers and their families. Please declare if you want to attend with a number of guests so we can plan food.  Afterwards, everyone is invited to swim at the Braddock pool -  our treat!

Go Barracudas!
