Kreiley, Ludlow compete at USA Swimming Futures Championships

Local Swimmers Compete at USA Swimming Futures Championships
Local swimmers Ben Ludlow, (16) of Geneseo and Aidan Kreiley, (15) of Dansville competed at USA Swimming Futures Championships in Geneva, Ohio on August 4th , 5th & 6th. Both Ludlow and Kreiley are members of Livingston Counties Mercury Swimming coached by Dansvilles Chris Everett.
Ludlow swam the 100 Fly the 200 Fly and the 200 IM. The high lite for Ben was when he qualified for the "B" heat finals on Saturday night and placed 14th overall in the 200 Fly with a time of 2:09.28. Ben also placed 28th in the 100 Fly and 31st in the 200 IM.
Kreiley swam the 100 Breast the 200 Breast and also in the 200 IM. Kreiley managed to qualify for the "B" heat finals in both the 100 and 200 Breaststroke events placing 11th overall in the 100 Breast with a new personal best time of 1:06.99 and 10th overall in the 200 Breast with a time of 2:25.60.
A few weeks ago at Niagara Championships in Buffalo Aidan Kreiley also qualified for Speedo Winter Junior National Championships at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. Kreiley will make the trip down to Knoxville this December.
