Weekly News (Dec 11-16)

Hello all Panthers,

Congratulations to all swimmers attending the Bangkok Prep Bulldog Bash, who swam their way to the championship trophy! It was a great meet at this new campus and we really enjoyed being part of their first meet ever.

This week we are down to our last week of training before the big break, we had a great week of races that saw 90% of our swimmers compete and we added a whole bunch of PB swims to our collection.

This week will have a fun holiday feel to the training as our coaches have added their spin on some festive training. I am looking forward to seeing what they come up with.

See you on deck!

Winter Training Sessions:

For those of you not traveling during the upcoming winter break, we will have 9 training sessions. These training sessions will take place from 8:00am to 9:30am. These are not instructional sessions; they are training sessions aimed at swimmers who can swim at least 2-3000 meters. For this reason, these sessions are for 9 and older swimmers. 8 and under swimmers who think they can do 2000 m training can ask their coach for permission to join.

Dates are December 22, 23, 27 29, January 2-6.
