SOLO Swimmers On Fire in Palo Alto!
While the team just raced at our home meet two weeks ago. The times just keep dropping, and its getting exciting! The weather was a little cool on Saturday which does make it a tough thing to swim fast. But the heat kept coming as the athletes stroked to new best performances. It is always a challenge to watch the swims and want more. Its so important to keep in mind that we never get to Zero for a time, so balance! On Sunday the sun was out and the heat made for an outstanding day!
Congratulations to these swimmers on their efforts:

Thank you swimmers and parents for making the weekend such a fun time! Many of our high school swimmers are in the pick up for training and posting the faster swims only happen a couple times a year in senior swimming.
A Special Congratulations to Julie M. who will be heading to the Junior Olympics for her first time. Julie is the "Swimmer Of The Meet" posting best performances in all six swims. She was a fantastic leader and stayed to the end of the meet to help teammates. And was so nice to even thank Coach Tom for posting 17 best ever swims in a row, and counting!
