Weekly News (March 19-26)

Hello all Panthers,

We are just coming off back to back weekends of exciting swim meets. This weekend our team was represented well at both Jr and Sr BISAC Swimming Championships. As with the week before at Splash, our PB swims are still being achieved at a very high pace.

For the swim meet itself, our 8 and under girls and out 15 and over boys brought home the age groups championship trophies. Our Senior boys and girls both came in a solid 2nd place over all, while our Junior boys and girls came in 3rd over all. Combining all age groups, the ISB Panther Swim team is sitting nicely in 2nd place overall. BISAC is a very strong swimming conference and we should be proud of being right there at the top.

With our big meets behind us and no competitions right away, we will be concentrating a lot in the next two weeks on stroke correction and really improving our technique across all ages. There will be some video analysis and lots of fun tools being used to try to get to the next level with our strokes. So don’t miss any practices!

Important Notes:

Practices today as normal: BISAC swimmers can take today off if they feel the need to catch up on rest
