Windsor Knolls Summary & Week Ahead

Swimmers & Families,

Coach Holly:  Congratulations on our first Division 3 win!   It was such a pleasure to see the swimmers doing the things we worked on in practice last week, and seeing improvement!  We need to keep up the good work.  Thank you to all of the parent volunteers who gave us their Saturday morning to brave the weather and support their kids.  When we provide a positive swim meet environment, it reflects well on our whole Braddock Heights team.  Good job!

Coach Robby:  Great first home meet of the season!  We came out in full force today and it was great to see so many swimmers out the implementing what we worked on this past full week of practice.  I think we had a lot of best times and a lot of great races.  All of that stems from the hard work put in this past week.  I’m looking forward to another full week and having us get stronger and faster for next week’s meet.  Again, great meet everyone!

Coach Reilly:  Congratulations on another great meet everyone!  Crazy how much of a difference just one week of practice makes – I saw lots of improvements at this meet!  So proud of everyone and I can’t wait to see what you all do next!

Coach Kayla:  Even though there was a delay, everyone finished out strong!  It was great to see all of the kids working so hard at practice this week because it paid off today.  There were many improvements and I’m so proud of those who tried flip turns during their races. I can’t wait to work with the kids again this week and to see where it takes us for our next swim meet!

Coach Lizzie: Today’s meet was awesome!!! It’s only the second meet and I’ve already seen so much improvement.  The kids are so much fun to be around, and I’m glad mostly everyone stuck around after the thunder!  Even though the weather was a little funky all the kids did great!!

Coach Josh:  Another great swim meet,  Barracudas!  Lots of hard work through these past couple of weeks is starting to show.  Not even the bad weather could slow our roll!  Let’s keep up that hard work and jeep getting better and stronger as a team in the weeks to come!!
