Congratulations to our 3 swimmers who competed at the NAC Gala on 10^th of June at the National Aquatic Centre, Dublin.  Between them, they competed in 9 events.

Competitors on the day were: Aisling Ramsay, Ben David, Matthew Nolan.

Achievements of the day:

• Aisling Ramsey: Gold in 200m IM and 100m Backstroke, Silver in 100m Breaststroke
• Ben David: Silver in 200m IM and National Division 1 Time, Silver 200m Fresstyle and National Division 1 Time

We saw exciting races and impressive results, achieved 3 personal best times, 2 National Division 1 Times and won 5 medals for the club! Congratulations to Aisling, Ben and Matthew.
