Robin Meadows Summary & Week Ahead

Swimmers & Families,

Coach Holly:  What an exciting meet!  There are so many good things about it, but I have to say I was pleased with how swimmers are applying the things they learn in practice and seeing the payoff in improved times at meets.   I’m glad we got enough canned good to throw coaches from both teams in the pool at the end of the meet.  It makes me happy that we are a team that GIVES.  To top it all off, we won the meet, which gave us a winning season (2-1)!  Good job, Barracudas!

Coach Robby:  Fantastic last home meet to finish out the regular season!  It’s amazing to see how far we have come both individually and as a team.   A lot of what we have worked on the last 6 weeks in practice is showing in the meets and I couldn’t be more proud of this team.  I’m looking forward to this last week and I’m sure we’ll have a strong showing at Divisionals next weekend!

Coach Kayla:  Congratulations to all of the swimmers for completing the last dual meet of the season!  Everyone did a great job and continued to try their best in every race.  I’m so proud of all the swimmers for showing great sportsmanship and amazing support for one another.  I couldn’t be any happier to coach such a wonderful team!  I can’t wait to see everyone this week at practice and at the Divisional Meet next weekend!

Coach Lizzie:  Last Home meet was an awesome way to finish off this week!  It’s great to see how much improvement is still happening each week.  Congrats to everyone for bringing in enough cans to push all of the coacxhes in!  In the hot weather it felt great and I hope the kids had fun : ) Go Barracudas!!!

Coach Josh: Another amazing meet!  Everybody is working hard at practices and it is really starting to show in times.   Not only that but we are really starting to come closer as a team!  I’m proud of everyone for reaching and surpassing the goal that we set for the canned goods drive!  Let’s keep working hard every practice -  we have a big meet this week!  Let’s show them what we can do!
