Weekly News (April 29-May 4)

Hello all Panthers,

Congratulations to the swimmers that competed this past weekend in Singapore at the United World College Dragons Den Invitational. All swimmers swam strong and represented our team very well.

Ada had an especially strong weekend as she brought home the 9/10 year old high point trophy and broke 7 ISB age group records at the same time.

Important Notes:

SIGN UP TODAY...ONLY just over 3 weeks to our year end sprint fest: Please sign up your swimmers and your relay team this week:

Currently we have half of our swim team signed up to swim and 14 swim families signed up for relays.

The seeding and organizing of this day takes a lot of time, so please get me your relay teams (these can be friends on the team, family members or anyone you want). I just need them sooner than later!

Remember this meet is for every swim team member, so come on Super Jr. Panthers and Jr. Panthers!

Also, dinner and awards to follow the swim meet in the gymnasium. Link for dinner sign up will come out last this week.

Thanya Pura Winter Camp 2020 (Save the date January 10-12):

For all those looking at next year’s winter break and making plans, we have set the dates for our winter swim camp in the amazing Thanya Pura Restort at Phuket. We will be doing the camp the last 3 days of the holiday, so you can go on holidays and then go to Phuket to finish of a great break!

Try another day for the last month!

As we head into the last month of the swim year, we would like to offer you the opportunity to add another day of training and see how you like it…absolutely no extra cost. This is a good way to “test the waters” before signing up for the extra day next year.

Meets to sign-up for on the website now:

May 22 (Wednesday after school) Year-end Family Sprintfest 2019

*** Relays can be entered by emailing coach Day, then can be family, friends or teammates***

That is all we need to know about this week, see you on deck!
