Post Louisa/ELKS Swim Meet Newsletter

Good morning families,

Congratulations to all for an exceptional first meet of the season! The meet ran with close to no problems, which is unusual because the first meet of the season as we are all trying to get in the rhythm of the meet. We had some incredible first ever swims from Otis Welton, Imogen Hill, Grace Martin, Skylar Bell, Levi Strickland, Paxton Strickland, and Annabelle Rufmelt! We also had awesome swims from the Gray sisters, Ava and Ella, who flew down the pool in freestyle! Congratulations to Jackson Kinsella for his blazing FAST 100 yard freestyle who broke 1 minute for the first time!

I'm very happy with how the meet ran and how everyone swam, I can't wait to see everyone swim again next week!

Special thanks to all of the parents who volunteered and cheered the kids on during their races! Swim meets are largely parent ran and you all did a fantastic job.
