Brunswick Summary & the Week Ahead

Swimmers & Families,

What a great first meet we had!  Despite the cold water, we had some really fast swimming in a beautiful pool.  The coaches and I learned what  we need to work on in practice.  I was pleased to see our team show good sportsmanship many times, and to see Barracudas supporting each other.  We have a good reputation to uphold!   Next weekend we host our first Home meet.  We need everyone to work together to make the meet run smoothly.  It’s going to be great!

Coach Robby:  Great first meet of the season!  With nly four practices under our belts we had some awesome swims!  I can’t wait until we get to Braddock and get even more practices in.  Great work again!  Rest up and see you all on Monday!

Coach Kayla:  Everyone did a fantastic job for the first meet!  A lot of swimmers tried new things and kept a smile on their faces while doing it.  I’m so proud of everyone and I can’t wait to see what you do next week!  Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Coach Lizzie:  The first meet of the season went so well even with the chilly weather!  I’m so proud of all the kids for swimming their first races or improving their times from last year.  I can’t wait for what this season will bring and for hopefully warmer meets! : ) I hope everyone had fun yesterday!  Go Barracudas!

Coach Josh: Great first meet!  Especially since we only had 4 practices before!  Everybody swam incredibly well and I am so proud of all the hard work already this season!  Keep up the good work!

Coach Sadie:  All of the swimmers did a fantastic job and we are proud of every one of them.  Can’t wait to see them again next practice.
