I'm rolling this out later than intended, but if you go to Practices on the website you will see the first two of a five day rotation of backyard pool workouts, for those of you that can access a backyard pool. The first five I'm rolling out will be without a tether. Then, I will script a cycle of three workouts with a tether. Feel free to mix and match elements of the workouts.
Feel free to adapt accordingly and send questions for clarification. I've tried to write the workouts to be adaptable across all groups, just read through the notes.
NO SWIMMING ALONE! I cannot stress this enough. There is no swimmer in the world who is good enough to justify swimming alone.
