Remember to never swim alone!
Take your heart rates to see what work zone your in after swims.
If doing the workout for less time like 30 min at Burgess. Make sure to warm up @10+ min heart rate @14-16, as well as warm down to @10 which will take @7 min. So plan the workout before your in the pool.
