SOLO adding swimmers and workouts

Things are really coming together for returning and future SOLO team members! We just finished up the first week of teaching swimmers how to work with more then one swimmer per lane.

With the great response, we move into adding one additional swimmer in lanes (3 total). Back to circle swimming with social distance. Looking forward to Coach Lucy Kuhnen starting next month and swimmers starting as we get into May!
