Welcome back to all returning swimmers and families, and an especially warm welcome to all new families and coaches! We are looking forward to an exciting season of swimming and summer fun! We hope this material will help prepare you for a successful season!

Here's some useful information to help your family have a great summer with the Cheshire Forest Flying Fish:

 

How to Register and everything you need to know and buy for the season...

To Register:
Fill out the following forms and bring them with your check for $100 per swimmer to the next registration evening at the clubhouse - or email Tracy Tucker  swimcheshire@gmail.com to arrange exchange of money and forms.

To Buy:
2018 Swim cap order form - (deadline for named caps has passed, but you can still buy a regular cap)
2018 Apparel order form  Apparel is not required - it's just a nice option.
Description and pictures of apparel itemsOrders are due by Friday June 1st
Fins - these are required for practice. 
Swim suits - team suits are required to be worn at swim meets - any swim suits can be worn for practice. Available for purchase on Wednesday May 30th from 4 to 6pm at the clubhouse during evening practice.  Suits are new this year. TYR - girls $45. TYR - boys $32.  If you are not able to purchase a suit at this practice, you can go to Aquawear in Norfolk – Tom Gill can sell you a suit at the discounted Cheshire Forest price. You MUST have a team suit and cap (for girls) to participate in meets.

Volunteering:
Volunteering - all you need to know about how to volunteer at swim meets. Each family is required to provide at least one volunteer per meet.

Apps for your smartphone:
OnDeck Mobile app - this allows you to access events and job signups on your smartphone without having to navigate this site in a small browser.
Meet Mobile App - For real-time meet results from our meets, divisionals and the All Star meet. Some other VBSL teams also provide results via this app. There is a small fee for this app. This app is not essential. Results will be posted here after each meet. We also email resuts. You can check your swimmers individual results and best times by clicking on "my account" then "members" select the child then click on the "best times" or "meet results" tabs.
