Swimmer Recognition We want our swimmers to thoroughly develop their skills and enjoy their experiences during the season.  There are a number of swimmer recognition programs designed to reward effort, attitude, improvement, skill and teamwork.

*  “Fun Day” swim practice on the day after a meet, ALL swimmers from 9:30 - 10:30

*  “Swimmers of the Meet”.  “Swimmers of the Meet” receive an award for contributing and demonstrating      exceptional effort, attitude, improvement and teamwork.

*  Donuts!!!!

Awards Banquet

  • Individual Awards: Each 10-and-under swimmer will receive a medal for dual-meet participation, and 11-and-over swimmers will receive a gift certificate for dual-meet participation.
  • “High Point Winners: The coaches recognize the swimmers who contribute the most points to the team.  This award is presented to the top competitor (boy and girl swimmers) in each age group.
  • “Coaches’ Award”: goes to an outstanding Swim Team swimmer who has added tremendous value to the team for many years.

A NOTE ABOUT THE BULLPEN........

Parents participate in another very important way during meets. Although there will be volunteers assigned to work the coveted bullpen duty, it’s impossible for a handful of volunteers to keep track of all our swimmers and make sure each is in the right place at the right time as the swimming events take place.

YOU

are responsible for getting your swimmer to the bullpen area on time.

(And out of the restrooms unless she/he is in there for the appointed purpose.)
