SUMMER SWIM LESSON FLYER

REGISTRATION: VOUCHER ONLY SIGN UPS  - Saturday May 8

May 8 – 8:00-9:30 Signs ups for Vouchers only (1 voucher equals 1 spot)

May 8 – 9:30-10:30 Voucher families can sign up for additional spots/sessions

OPEN SIGN UPS Saturday May 15 – 8:00 – 10:00

Registration is at the pool seating area and must be done in person.

NO EARLY SIGN UPS.

Enter through front doors of Millard North

COST: MILLARD RESIDENTS $60.00   NON- RESIDENTS $80.00

Must have proof of residency for Millard or proof of MPS enrollment

REFUNDS: Any refund requests must be submitted by end-of-day on the first day of classes for that sessionNo refunds will be given after that day.

Session 1 - June 1-June 10 - Start on Tuesday after Mem day (Tues-Fri 1st week)

Session 2 - June 14-June 24

Session 3 - June 28-July 8

 

 

SUMMER 2021 MPS LEARN TO SWIM COVID PROTOCOLS

  • Face Shields will be provided to Preschool, Level 1/2/3 instructors.  Levels 4/5/6 a standard face mask will be worn by out of water instructor.
  • Smaller class sizes for Levels Preschool/1/2/3.  Split lanes/classes for Levels 4/5/6.
  • Shortened classes to allow proper exiting.  
  • Daily Contact Tracing of student attendance and instructor contact.  
  • Breaks in between each classes time slot to clear the facility and pool deck.  Sanitize surfaces where needed.
  • No locker room use for participants. Students should come ready to swim and exit the facility when complete.  
  • 1 spectator per family/household, directions to enter and exit facility will be clearly marked specific to each pool.  

    • One way flow of incoming and outgoing students and the guardians

  • Swim families will enter the natatorium no earlier than 5 minutes before their scheduled start time.

  • Utilize social distancing seating assignments (The stickers on bench) for the spectator area. Masks must be worn by spectators and participants not in the water.

  • Preschool 

    • 1 student per instructor

    • 15 minute lessons

    • 5:00 for student to exit and new student to come in

  • Level 1

    • 2 students spaced out per instructor

    • 25 minute lessons

    • 5:00 for student to exit and new student to come in

  • Level 2/3

    • 3 students spaced out appropriately with 1 instructor

    • 25 min lessons

    • 5:00 for student to exit and new student to come in

  • Level 4, 5, 6

    • 6 students in the lane spaced out

    • 40 min lessons

    • 5:00 for student to exit and new student to come in
