This group is comfortable swimming all four strokes and regularly participate in swim meets occurring throughout the year. Training focuses on light conditioning, further stroke development, speed awareness and competitive improvement.

This is our evening adult training group focused on health, fitness and competitive involvement when interested. (And M-F 5:30-7:00 am Morning Masters, in case parents would like to join us?)

4:00-5:00 OR 5:00-6:00 pm Junior Guards Swim Training (Jan. - March) - Lead Coaches - Jim Dietrich, Stephanie May and Lexie Kelly.

This swim program will have a progression of drills for teaching proper technique, body & head position, breathing, holding water during pulling, kicking, gaining distance per stroke, increasing stroke rate without losing efficiency, and ultimately swimming faster so they will make their goal times for the 100 yard Junior Guards Swim Test.
