Attendance: 4 days commitment per week, including dryland work (total 2 to 2-1/2 hrs per day)

Gold 2:

From Gold 1, the swimmers progress into the second level of senior practice. In this group the focus on training continues with a higher level of work. Additionally, training focus becomes more individualized to the types of events the swimmers are most successful in. Members of this group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. The training is focused on preparing the swimmers to excel at district level championship meets.

Minimum age for entry in this group is 12 years old with coach approval and three Gold 2 cut times.

Attendance: 4 days commitment per week, including dryland work (total 2 to 2-1/2 hrs per day)

Saturday practices are also offered when pool availability and meet schedule offer it. Weeks when Saturday practice is available, the commitment becomes 5 days per week.
