SFAC JUNIOR SWIM LEAGUE PROGRAM:
Junior Swim League (JSL) is a technique-based program. SFAC coaches and trained staff work with your swimmer on all four competitive strokes and gaining endurance through drills and kicking.
Your swimmer will also be introduced to racing skills such as dives, turns, and streamlines. Swimmers leave class feeling like they got a good workout and are part of a team.
Many swimmers use JSL as a stepping stone to the competitive SFAC team. Other swimmers get in shape for after the Summer Learn to Swim Program or want to continue swimming after the Summer Learn to Swim Program.
At the end of each session, the JSL mini-meet provides a positive environment to dive from the starting blocks, practice racing, and show off their newly learned skills.
Junior Swim League training occurs primarily at the Santa Fe Community College.
