After School Practice    Times Starting   May 30, 2023

8 & Under                4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

9- 12                        5:00 pm to 6:30 pm 

13 & Over                6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Morning Practice Times   Begins 6/22/2023 ** anticipated, subject to change

13 & Over               7:30 am to  9:00 am 

9 - 12                       9:00 am to 10:00 am 

8 & Under              10:30 am to 11:30 am

Certain swimmers may be asked to attend a different age grouping based upon ability or size of the group.  Coaches will make such determinations at their discretion and advise parents. Coaches will advise swimmers of days for practice for those only attending B meets.
