Group 3 adheres to intermediate swimmers and have experience in competitive swimming. The emphasis in this group will be to improve stroke technique, distance/individual medley training, and conditioning across the four racing strokes. Improved stroke technique, interval training and improving aerobic workload, become very important for the development of the swimmers in this group. Swimmers in this group should have goals set to qualify for Leagues and Y States.
Group 3 practices Sunday 6-7:30 PM, Monday 6-7:30PM, Tuesday 6-7:30 PM, Thursday 6-7:30PM
