Senior group is the most advanced level of the swim team. Swimmers have fulfilled the requirements from the previous groups and are ready to compete at the highest level in their respective age group. Advanced stroke technique, andh aerobic/anaerobic workload are very important for continued improvement as workouts will focus on the IM with a respect to the swimmers’ best strokes. Swimmers in this group should have goals set to qualify for Y States and Y Nationals as well as other regional level meets.
