Issues, Complaints, Disputes

Sometimes issues arise within a program and there must be an established procedure for taking up those issues with the coaching staff. If you have an issue, a complaint, or a dispute with a member of our staff or with the way we do things in this program, here is the method by which we will handle them:


If you have an issue, the proper procedure from this point forward is to submit it in writing via email to the head coach. Lauren Langford's email is [email protected] The coaching staff as a whole will review the issue for a period of forty-eight hours. After reviewing the issue(s), the coaching staff will determine the best course of action to arrive at a peaceful resolution that is best for families, swimmers, and employees of this program.
