The Pilots group is our second group of swimmers. In this group, swimmers will refine stroke mechanics and focus on conditioning and training consistently. There will be a strong emphasis on stroke mechanics and refining competition skills with the addition of interval training and conditioning.
Coaching staff recommends Pilots practice three to five days a week

The more practices each swimmer comes to, the more each swimmer will take from the team. We understand that our swimmers do more than just swim! If there are scheduling conflicts, please tell one of the coaches and we can work to find a solution to the problem.
