All AMS meets on ONLINE entry only. When a meet opens for signups, you may declare your swimmer with a YES/NO, and then select their events. Please review meet invitations for daily entry limits as well as meet entry limits.
Please note that if an entry time appears as highlighted in red, your swimmer is not eligible to participate in that event for that meet.
Once your signup is complete, make sure to "save" your changes to that entry page. PTAC Coaches and/or the Meet Director will periodically review signups and your swimmer's events will then be marked "approved" once they are confirmed.
All entry fee payments (typically they are $5.00 per event) as well as any applicable meet surcharges are to be turned in to the pool office in the folder marked "AMS". Payments are due by the entry deadline unless otherwise specified. Failure to make timely payments will result in your swimmers events not being approved and, therefore, excluded from the meet.
If a no-time ("NT") entry appears for your swimmer on a signup sheet and they wish to signup for that event, please have a coach give your swimmer at time trial during practice and submit the achieved time with your entries. "NT" entries will no longer be accepted and will not be submitted with team entries. ALL TIME TRIALS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE ENTRY DEADLINE FOR ANY GIVEN MEET.
