1.HAVE SWIMMERS WRITTEN DOWN END OF SEASON GOALS ?
(WE NEED TO MOTIVATE & REASON TO WORK HARD EACH DAY)


2.HAVE THEY WRITTEN DOWN TWO KEY THINGS THEY NEED TO WORK ON DAILY AT PRACTICE TO HELP ACHIEVE THOSE GOALS ?
(PUT THEM ON OR IN BAG WHERE THEY SHOULD LOOK AT IT EACH DAY TO REMIND - HECK PUT IT ON FRIG - ABOVE BED - UNDERWEAR DRAWER - ON
SEAT IN CAR WHERE THEY SIT!)


3.ASK THEM - DO THEY KNOW THEIR HOLD / AVG TIMES AT PRACTICE ? (IF THEY DON'T KNOW HOW FAST THEY ARE SWIMMING AT PRACTICE THEY DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE TRAINING HARD OR NOT. WE WORK TO IMPROVE PRACTICE TIMES AND TECHNIQUE - WHICH WILL RESULT IN FAST TIMES!)

4.HAVE YOU LOOKED AT MEET SCHEDULE AND SET UP A MEET ATTENDANCE PLAN ? (THIS COULD CHANGE SLIGHTLY AS SEASON PROGRESSES AND HOPEFULLY SWIMMER GETS FASTER TIMES, BUT SET A PLAN OF MINIMUM 4 MEETS AND MORE LIKE 7 !!!)

5.HAVE THE SWIMMERS WATCHED SOME OF  THE VIDEOS UNDER VIDEO TAB AND WRITTEN DOWN 2 OR 3 GOOD TIPS. (AGAIN VISUAL INPUT CAN BE WORTH TONS AND HELP RE-ENFORCE WHAT COACHES TELL THEM.)

WE WANT BETTER FOCUS AND SMART SWIMMERS - NOT JUST SHOWING UP
AND SWIMMING LAPS.  COME TO PRACTICE WITH GOALS AND AREAS TO KEY
ON WHILE PRACTICING - BREAKERS ON UP!!!
