How to Register

   For Masters and Age Group Swimmers

Sedona Swim Team holds registration by session (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter)

  Session registration means that registrations happen during specific dates with opening and closing dates called a registration period

Once the registration period is closed, swimmers may late register for the session by contacting a coach via email or phone. Parent volunteers then enter, batch and send club registration to Arizona Swimming.  Arizona Swimming is the governing body for all Arizona USA clubs. 

To Register go to "Home" and click on "Start Registration." Follow the prompts (if you have registered with us before please DO NOT start a new account).

Read all information, then scroll down to the bottom of the selection page and click on "Start Registration." If you have been on the team before, you already have an account. Do not start a new account. Make your selection and press "Continue."

New swimmers will register online but will be required to submit a copy of the swimmer's Birth Certificate.   Swimmers may not enter the water (no exceptions) until all registration requirements are met. This is for insurance reasons.

All registrations will be online and will offer payment options which may include Credit Card or Pay by Check.  If you select Pay by Check you must turn in your check with your paperwork. No exceptions.  If your check is not with the paperwork your child will not be allowed in the water until your payment is received. If you want to break up your payment into installments please use your personal credit card.

Session dues are posted on the START REGISTRATION TAB for the upcoming session.

  • Returning swimming families will receive e-mail notices about the process.   Your account e-mail must be verified as part of the registration process and membership approval.
