All Athletes must be registered members of AAU Dive
Since 1888, the AAU has raised tomorrow's leaders on today's playgrounds. Join the more than 700,000 members and compete in one of our 35 sport programs across the nation today.
Groups / Cost
Our divers are grouped in practice by age group. 14 and over in the first session, and 13 and Under in the second session. In addition to pool practice, our athletes also participate in dryland conditioning, tumbling, and dry-board. The dry-board apparatus includes an aerial harness and rigging to support the learning of new dive skills before fully performing the dive in the pool.
Competition groups are based on skill level (Novice and Junior Olympic) and age (9&U, 10/11, 12/13, 14/15, 16/18). * US Diving use the phrase Future Champions for Novice divers.
