Waves: To enter the Waves, swimmers will have completed the Jr. Waves. Swimmers in the Waves group typically attend 1 - 3 practices a week and are encouraged to attend meets. Waves practices are designed to focus on technique and building stamina. Practices are offered 5 - 6 days a week for 60 - 90 minutes per practice.
Sr Waves: To practice with the Sr. Waves, swimmers must be able to achieve set time standards as determined by the Club Director. Swimmers in the Sr Waves are committed to attending practices an average of 4 times a week and attend monthly meets with the goal of achieving qualifying times (JOs, JAGs, WAGs, and Sectionals). Practices are offered 5 - 6 days a week for 2 hours per practice, including dryland.
