Silver Group Effective Monday, August 5th, 2019

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6pm- 7:45pm Swim

Tuesday.Thursday 6pm- 6:45pm Dryland

                               6:45pm-7:45 Technique Training


Minimum Group Requirements and Expectations:

**Strong foundation in all 4 strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle)

**Ability to perform stretching, calisthenics and own body weight dry land activites

** Year-round committment and 80% attendance

** Ability to complete extensive sets and yardage 3500-4000 yrds nightly

** Be on time, ready and prepared at practice start time


Training Objective:

** Aerobic Endurance

** Maintain good technique at low intensity inverval work

** Focused preparation on 200 IM and 200 Freestyle

** Kicking Emphasis

** Competitive Strategies, including pace work, log books, and overall time standard education

** Readiness for GOLD group, blue and above time standards in multiple events


Try Out Schedule:    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6pm with Coach Julie .  Please bring googles, proper swim attire (no street clothes allowed in pool), swim cap and enough water sufficient for a workout.  Thank you
