Practice Schedule Bronze

Bronze Group Effective August 5th, 2019

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 6pm-7:15pm Swim

Tuesday/Thursday 6pm-6:45pm Dry Land

                               6:45pm-7:45pm Technique 


Minimum Group Requirements and Expectations:

** Basic knowledge to swim all 4 strokes

** Minimum of 3 day day per week comittment

** Attend 1 swim meet per month (calendar available on website)

** Be on time, and ready to start practice on time


Training Objectives: 

** Focus on fundamentals of each stroke to develop advanced technique

** Start and turn development

** Learn to compete

** Continued progressive aerobic development

** Focus on 100 IM and 100 Free


Try Out Schedule:    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6pm with Coach Julie,  Please bring googles, proper swim attire (no street clothes allowed in pool), swim cap and enough water sufficient for a workout.  Thank you
