Practice Schedule Novice


Novice Group Effective August 5th, 2019

Monday-Friday 5pm-6pm


Minimum Requirements and Expectations:

**Tryout required see below for information

**Minimum of three day per week committment

**Must be able to swim 25 free and 25 backstroke

**Be on time and ready to start at the beginning of practice



Training Objectives:

** Kicking for strength and endurance

** Body and head position, streamlining, underwater swimming, and balance

** Fundamental stroke skills in all 4 strokes

** Practice Skills, including circle swimming, pace clock, and etiquette

** Swim Meet Readiness




Try Out Schedule:    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6pm. with Coach Julie,  Please bring googles, proper swim attire (no street clothes allowed in pool), swim cap and enough water sufficient for a workout.  Thank you
