2020-2021 NEW Training Schedules - Revised August 31, 2020

 Development Groups:   

All swimmers MUST be able to swim 50 meters (two pool lengths) unassisted (Freestyle/Backstroke) and be comfortable in deep water. 

Beginner (8 & Under) - Cheam Leisure Centre 

  • BG A -  Friday (3:45 - 4:30 pm)   
  • BG - Friday (4:40 - 5:25 pm)                                                            

STARTER (6 to 12) Group Options - Cheam Leisure Centre

  •  Monday & Wednesday:  (3:45 - 4:30 pm)
  • (NEW) Monday & Wednesday: (4:40 - 5:25 pm)
  •  Monday & Wednesday:  (5:35 -  6:20 pm)
  •  Tuesday & Thursday:  (3:45 - 4:30 pm)
  • (NEW) Tuesday & Thursday: (4:40 - 5:25 pm)

Junior Groups:  

PRE-YELLOW (9 & under) - Cheam Leisure Centre

  •  Monday/Wednesday: (5:25 - 6:20 pm) & Fri (3:45 - 4:40 pm)

YELLOW (11 & under)

  • Monday THRU Friday: Chillliwack Landing Leisure Centre (3:30 - 4:30 pm) 

STROKE & DEVELOPMENT (12 & Over) - Cheam Leisure Centre

  • Tuesday, Thursday:  (5:25 - 6:20 pm) & Fri (4:40 - 6:20 pm)

BRONZE (11 to 13)
Monday thru Friday: Chilliwack Landing Leiusre Centre (Swimming 3:30 - 5:00 pm) & 
(Dry land 5:15 - 6:00 pm)  
Saturday: Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre (9:00 - 10:30 am)


Advanced Groups:  

SILVER
Monday thru Friday: Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre (3:30 - 4:30 pm Dry land) & (5:00-6:30 pm swimming).  No Dry land on Friday's.
Saturday: Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre (7:30 -  9:00 am)

GOLD
Monday thru Friday: Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre (3:30- 4:20 pm Dry land) &  (4:30 - 6:30 pm Swimming)
Saturday: Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre (7:30 - 9:00 am)
