13& Over Provincial Overview:

The 13& Over AA Provincial is for athletes who have graduated from our Olympic Way Orange and Regional programs and are needing more time to meet the requirements of the Age Group Development Group. The main focus in this level is improving an athlete's ability to swim the four competitive strokes for longer distances, and advancing fitness levels in order for them to progress into the Age Group Development group. These swimmers also continue refining competitive starts and turns for each of the four strokes. Training reliability is promoted.
The performance objective for this level is to advance the swimmer from A to AA+ level. A swimmer will have a maximum of 18 months in this program to achieve the goal of the program.
Both pools (CGP and CCAC) will train together on selected practices to maximize the training dynamic of all swimmers in Hyack.
