Registration Instructions

Registration Step-by-Step Instructions

Click on the Registration Links on the Hanover Swim Club website to begin registration. The links can be found in the following locations:

  • The “Registration Open” button on the right hand command menu.

  • The "Register for the 2020-21 Season" sub menu under the Registration Tab on the top menu.

  • The “Click Here to Register” link in the Registration Information page.

  • Click here.

For information on the different swimming levels and the applicable skill requirements, click the green “View Groups” button in the middle of the page for more information. A new window will pop up with different levels. When complete, close this window.

To continue with Registration, click the green Continue or Check Status at the bottom of the page.

For returning members, sign into your account to continue.

For new members, click the green Create New Account button. You will be asked to enter your email and the date of birth to continue. You will now be asked to create a password for your account and populate the required information below. Please note, the information in the section will be the account owner (typically a parent or guardian), the swimmer(s) information will be entered later.

Once signed in with an existing or newly created account, you can register a new or existing swimmer.

To add a new swimmer, click the green “+ Add Member button” on the top right corner. Complete all required information and select the group you wish to register in. If needed, click the view details button for information on each group. Due to the flexibility we are trying to offer this year, there are many options to chose from. You will select the level, the night/time, whether you are signing up for a single session or the year (Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions) and the payment option. Click the green “Add” button at the bottom of the screen to continue.

To select an existing swimmer, click the box beside the swimmer's name to begin. Complete all required information and select the group you wish to register in. If needed, click the view details button for information on each group. Due to the flexibility we are trying to offer this year, there are many options to chose from. You will select the level, the night/time, whether you are signing up for a single session or the year (Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions) and the payment option.

Read each waiver and click the check box that you have read and reviewed the waiver.

Review the summary of your registration and if everything is correct, click the “Proceed to Checkout” to continue.

Complete the Credit Card information for your payment. You can chose to save this credit card on your account for future use. Click “Submit” to finalize your registration.
