Head Coach- Josh Gette

I am very excited to be returning for my 5th year as coach and 15th swimming with the club. Last season our club experienced immense successes (Regional Championship and 41 New Club Records!) that I hope to build upon with all returning and new swimmers in the club through focus on physical and mental sports training. I am looking forward to coaching the 2020 swim season with an excellent group of assistant coaches and swimmers!

Assistant Coach- Victoria Wagstaff

I am very excited to be returning as assistant coach with the Dolphins for a fourth season in 2020 and hope to bring a positive atmosphere focused on hard work and fun! My passion for competitive swimming has grown in my 12 years involvement with the Olds Rapids and 4 years with the Dolphins, although my athletic interests are not limited to aquatics! I also enjoy hockey (Which I played growing up) and marathon running. Scholastically I recently obtained my degree in honours neuroscience this winter from the University of Alberta, and am really looking forward to incorporating the knowledge I gained from there into practices!

Assistant Coach- Sarah Gette

This will be my first year coaching with the Dolphins as a full assistant coach, and am enthusiastic to bring the knowledge I gained from my volunteer coaching into this year's practices. I have been swimming competitivley since the age of 6, while spending my winters in the rink. I'll soon be graduating from Innisfail High School and be moving onto University. Swimming has provided me with incredible opportunities in and out of the water, and am looking forward to encouraging and helping other swimmers do the same.
