Intermediates

Intermediate swimmers have moved on in endurance and skill from the Super Junior group, have achieved a sub-4 for their 200IM, and are ready for an increased training schedule, while they continue to improve their stroke technique and training habits.

The Intermediate group has six training times per week; four 1-hour practices and two 1.5 hour practices. Swimmers are required to attend 4 practices at a minimum in order to see improvement in their times.  Intermediate swimmers will also be beginning to look at training goals and will be learning about time standards and qualifying times.
