Fri Apr 1 - No pm LAC workouts due to a Water polo Tournament at CGAC

Fri Apr 1 - NO BodyFlow (YN) or yoga (HP)

CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations to Aiden Riekenbrauck and Jenna Roman for being selected to participate in the Western Region Learn to Train Camp in Guelph this past weekend. Congratulations to Kexin Meng, Alexander Pedda, William Stewart and Emma Young for being selected to participate in the West Region Fundamentals Camp in Guelph this past weekend.

A note of recognition and appreciation for AMANDA MITCHELL, who has been a dedicated volunteer with the Winter session of the Intro to Para-Swimming program.   She quickly gained the trust and confidence of the young swimmers she worked with, and they most certainly benefited from her swimming knowledge and friendly manner.  Thanks Amanda!

LAC SESSION CREDITS

I am happy to announce that LAC session credit summaries can now be found on the club website. To see your individual summary of all the sessions that you have worked this season you will need to go to the LAC website and follow these steps:

1) Sign into your account

2) Under heading MY ACCOUNT

3) Click on the tab on the left side of the page MY INVOICE/ PAYMENT

4) Click on the tab SERVICE HOURS

There you will find all of your session credit information. The most important thing to remember is that it says service hours but for our club it is actually session credits and 1 hour = 1 session credit. If at any time you notice an error with your summary please contact me with your information (i.e. meet, date, time and job) I will recheck your credits and make necessary changes. As always all members are advised to keep a record with dates, times and meets of the sessions they work. I would suggest keeping your emails with this information as it makes things much easier to track.

For any further questions or concerns regarding session credits please contact me Cindy Salmon at cbsalmon@rogers.com

GOOD FRIDAY PENTATHLON

Please be advised that our club hosted Good Friday Pentathlon on Friday, April 22 MAY become a 1 session meet with a warm-up time of 9 a.m. and start time of 10 a.m.  Finish time is expected to be between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.  We cannot make a final decision until after the entry deadline, but, currently, entries do not warrant 2 sessions.

Please continue to check the newsletter for any updates on this situation.

Thank you,

Sheri Cappa & Joe Gati, Meet Managers, Good Friday Pentathlon

We will be running a Timer's Clinic at the Canada Games Aquatic Centre on Friday, April 15/11. This clinic will be held in the Lower Level meeting room from 5:30 - 7:00pm. This is a great opportunity for parents to get started with on deck officiating.  We look forward to seeing you there.

If you have any questions, please contact Jeff Smith at smith.jeff84@yahoo.ca
