Payment Options

New Fee Payment Options

1. Our club has moved to a new accounting system through QuickBooks so payment options will be a little different this year.  Please complete your online registration indicating your payment preference as cheque or e-transfer and your payment schedule preference (full payment, 2 payments or 10 payments). Credit card payments will be accepted through your QuickBooks invoice as per #3 below.

2. No payments will be processed through our website. Instead, the information provided will be used to generate invoices in QuickBooks which will be emailed on a monthly basis.

3. There will be an option on the QuickBooks invoice to allow you to make your payment by credit card. There will be no additional fee for credit card payments.

4. E-transfers are only available for the full Yearly payment option.  E-transfers can be sent to Please set password as “swimfast”. Please specify swimmer name, group, and Registration fee in the comments section of your e-transfer.

5. Post-dated cheques are also accepted for the following dates as per the schedule indicated on your QuickBooks invoice and chart of fees. Post-dated cheques should be brought to Registration Night at MUN Science Building 2109 on Thursday, September 7 at 7pm.

6. Swim Canada Registration fee is due in September. Swim Canada Registration Fee is based on the age chart below.
