It's time again for the annual Tai's Spring Rolls fundraiser! Tai Sukonthapanich is a local caterer specializing in Thai food who makes the delicious spring rolls and chicken curry puffs for our fundraiser. Her daughter, Tanawan, graduated from the Stingrays in 2013.
Tai's spring rolls and curry puffs are perfect appetizers for the holidays. They can be eaten fresh on the pick up date, or frozen for another time. Both items are peanut free but both been wrapped with wheat flour. Please contact Gisella Amaral if you have more specific questions about allergens.
Ingredients:Vegetable spring rolls: cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, onion, coriander, glass noodles, salt, sugar, pepper, spring roll wrappers.
Chicken curry puffs: ground chicken (white meat), onions, potatoes, curry powder, salt, sugar, homemade pastry.
