Impacts from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic:

While GO Capital plans to offer a full season of artistic swimming (culminating in a year-end water show for our full-year swimmers), the ability to do so is dependent on many factors including the health of the athletes and coaches, the availability of facilities and the restrictions put in place by health officials. In the event of extended periods of pool closure, a fee rebate will be made available, proportionate to the club’s reduced costs.

2022 SPRING PROGRAMS

 6-week program - 1 hour per week

Program REGISTRATION is now open!

Our 6-week recreational spring program is recommended for both returning swimmers and those that are newer to the sport. This program will build off of the key skills that athletes learned in previous sessions, and allow athletes to learn new artistic swimming skills. If your athlete is completely new to the sport, our coaches will make sure to teach the basic fundamentals of artistic swimming, as well as new fun skills for the whole group!

Classes will be one hour in length. A portion of each practice will include dryland time where swimmers will work on core strength and flexibility as well as land drilling of their routine. Swimmers will spend the remainder of the practice in the water where they will learn, review and perfect basic artistic swimming skills. These skills will be incorporated into a routine with a focus on small patterns and synchronization of the entire group. The group will film their final routine at the end of the program to show parents!
