This is our entry-level group for swimmers who have little or no competitive swimming experience. Swimmers have to be able to swim at least 25m without stopping in order to try out for the team. In this group, swimmers learn the four competitive strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle and competitive starts and turns.
