Wavemakers

This is our entry-level group for swimmers who have little or no competitive swimming experience. Swimmers have to be able to swim at least 25m without stopping in order to try out for the team.  In this group, swimmers learn the four competitive strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle and competitive starts and turns.  Swimmers compete in novice level meets which are usually only a few a year.  Competing in meets is a great way to learn the rules of swimming and to further bond with your teammates.

Bronze Group

This groups focus is on building their endurance and continues to work on their strokes and turns. They swim 3 times a week and compete at novice swim meets.
