Swimmers aged 14 and up that are working on further refining technique and training skills to allow them to compete successfully at the Regional and Provincial level. Swimmers train 5 times per week. Swimmers will engage in a variety of dryland cross training methods to help them reach their goals, this will include weight room workouts.

(Swimmers who qualify for championship meets after end date will continue to train with a higher group that is still training)
