Senior

Swimmers aged 14 and up that are working on further refining technique and training skills to allow them to compete successfully at the Regional and Provincial level. Swimmers train 5 or 7 times per week. Swimmers will engage in a variety of dryland cross training methods to help them reach their goals, this will include weight room workouts.

There are 8 workout time slots offered per week, with two options for commitment (5 or 7 sessions per week). The 7 times a week commitment includes a double practice on the Wednesday, and an option of morning or evening on the Monday. The 5 times a week commitment will not initially have the option of Friday morning due to anticipated pool space restrictions - this may change depending on enrollment.

(Swimmers who qualify for championship meets after end date will continue to train with a higher group that is still training)
