Competitive Training in the Train-to-Compete stage
of the Long Term Athlete Development Model
This program is aimed at swimmers 14 years and over who have developed the skill and commitment necessary to pursue High Performance swimming. Training for these athletes will be based on preparing to compete at their highest level.
