Gold- swimmers in this level train twice a week. If a practice is missed, a make-up practice must be attended. It is recommended that the swimmers do one dryland practice a week as well, approved by the Coach.
Gold Plus - swimmers in this group will be committing to 3-5 times a week. One dryland session a week is recommended to supplement the swim sessions. Dryland must be approved by the Coach.
Platinum - swimmers are expected to commit to 4-8 practices a week. One dryland session a week is recommended, as approved by the Coach. For swimmers at the Provincial level and up, 5 practices minimum are expected.
A video outlining activation exercises is listed under the membership info tab. All swimmers in these groups are expected to know these exercises.
All swimmers in these groups are expected to bring a log book to practice. In this book should be goals and how they are going to reach them. Any dryland needs to be recorded and signed off by someone responsible. The Coach will be checking periodically to see their progress.
