The Rec Group program is geared towards those who are interested in swimming but are not able to, or do not wish to swim competitively.
Session 1: 19-Sep to 28-Nov
Session 2: 9-Jan to 20-Mar
Session 3: 4-Apr to 6-Jun

Practices may include kick, drills, long- and mid-distance sets, and sprinting. Interested swimmers must be able to swim at least 200 meters with basic freestyle technique.
