Monday: 4:00 - 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 4:00 - 5:30 PM
Saturday 8:30 - 9:30 AM
 
Monday, September 9 start date for Senior swim group
Senior swim times are:
Mondays:  5:45-7:30 AM
Tuesdays: 5:45 - 7:30 AM
Thursday 5:45 - 7:30 AM
Friday: 4:30 - 6:30 PM
Saturday 7:15 - 8:30 AM
 

The following dryland programs are also available and the swimmers are encouraged to attend as able:

Junior Bootcamp (Ages 6-9):  Wednesdays, 6:15-7:00 PM

Youth Dryland Sports Conditioning (Ages 9-13):  Mondays, 5:00-6:00 PM, Saturdays, 10:45-11:00 AM

Youth Group Blast Off (Ages 12+):  Saturdays, 1:15-2:00 PM

Youth Strength (Ages 13+):  Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 PM, Saturdays, 9:45-10:30 AM

Youth HIIT (Ages 9-13):  Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:45-5:15 PM, Saturdays, 11:45-12:15 PM

Dryland Sports Conditioning (Ages 13+):  Tuesdays, 7:45-8:30 PM

HIIT (Ages 13+):  Thursdays, 5:30-6:00 PM
