Junior 1 and Junior 2

The Junior 1 and Junior 2 teams consist of swimmers of all ages who demonstrate legal starts, turns, and the ability to swim four legal strokes.

The Junior teams practice 4-5 times per week for 1-1.5 hours. Within these groups there are differentiated practices based on developmental level and need.

These groups focus on technical development, aerobic development, learning healthy competition routines and habits, basic nutrition, setting and achieving goals, and last -- but definitely not least -- mental and emotional development around the sport of swimming.
